Kentucky Traffic Enforcement Mobilization December 16, 2009 - January 3, 2010

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Total enforcement actions through patrol and safety checkpoints from December 16, 2009- January 3, 2010. This data comes from the seven counties in the Post 12 area.

Troopers working the Post 12 area issued a total of 1,457 citations, 437 citations for speeding, 102 seat belt citations, 1 child restraint citations, 43 suspended licenses citations, 136 no insurance citations, 24 reckless driving citations, 45 DUI arrest citations and 669 other traffic citations.

There were 12 felony arrests, 1 stolen vehicle recovered, 33 fugitives apprehended.

Kentucky State Police Post 12 provides police coverage for Anderson, Fayette, Franklin, Scott, Shelby, Spencer and Woodford counties.
