Shooting Investigation in Wayne County

(London, Ky.) -- On Monday March 22, 2010 at 12:40 PM the Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of a shooting incident that occurred at the Lakeview Yachts on KY 90 east of Monticello.

Upon arrival KSP Detective Doug Boyd determined that two male subjects had been involved in an argument on Sunday March 21, 2010 which led to the shooting incident that occurred today.

The shooting victim was treated at the Wayne County Hospital.

Charges are pending in the case.

KSP Detective Boyd is the lead investigator into the incident and was assisted by officers from the Monticello Police Department and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
