(London, Ky.) -- On Monday, March 08, 2010, at approximately 8:30 PM the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London received a report, from the Clay County 911 center, of a person struck by a vehicle outside a residence on Smith Road in Clay County.
KSP Detective Donald Wilson responded to the scene and determined that the deceased and four (4) other subjects had followed a vehicle, occupied by a man, his wife and children, to their residence on Smith Road. This incident is a result of another incident that occurred on Sunday night in Clay County.
