Gambling Arrest in Harlan County
Date of News Release: 07/22/2010
(Bledsoe, Ky.) -- On 7/22/2010 at 10:00 am, Troopers and Detectives of Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan conducted a raid on DJ's Café and Grocery in Bledsoe, KY. Arrested was Donna Gross, age 53 of Bledsoe, KY. She was charged with Promoting Gambling 1st degree and then was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center. Three video poker machines were confiscated along with $281.00 cash.
This case is still under investigation by Detective Keith Saylor of Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan.
