Fatal Collision on KY Route 114 in Pike County

(Pikeville, Ky.) -- Post 9 Pikeville received a call of an collision on Kentucky Route 114 in Prestonsburg at 12:33 p.m. Ollie Blackburn was traveling west on KY Route 114 when she crossed the center line and struck a boat being pulled by Chris Newsome, she then continued across the center line striking a vehicle driven by Zeb Prater head on. Bonnie Meade, a passenger in the car driven by Zeb Prater, was transported to Cabell Huntington and was pronounced dead by the Cabell County Coroner at 8:35 p.m. collision still under investigation by Trooper Shaun Little.
