A Pedestrian Killed on Ky 32 in Fleming County

Date of News Release: 11/18/2009

(Morehead, Ky.) -- Dustin Hawkins was traveling east bound on Ky 32 when a 13 year old female juvenile walked in front of his vehicle giving him no time to react and causing him to strike the juvenile with his vehicle. The victim was transported to the Fleming County Hospital where she was pronounced deceased by Fleming Co Coroner Gary Workman. Next of kin has been notified and the accident remains under investigation by Tpr. Eugene Robinson Unit 753.
