Update to the Oldham County Roundup "Operation Naughty List"

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- On Friday morning, December 18, 2009, Kentucky State Police Post-5, Campbellsburg, along with KSP-CVE Officers, KSP DESI-WEST, KSP Special Operations, LaGrange City Police Department, Oldham County Police Department, Oldham County Sheriff's Office, Oldham County Jail and Trimble County Sheriff's Office started serving drug indictment warrants on 30 alleged drug dealers in the Post 5 counties of Oldham and Trimble counties. The roundup started at 6:00 am, and will go on until all 30 have been arrested.
Those arrested were processed at the LaGrange Fire Station #3 in LaGrange and lodged in the Oldham County Jail. "Operation Naughty List" is the culmination of a seven month investigation by Post 5's street level detectives working with local law enforcement. Out of the 30 alleged drug dealers, there are approximately 62 charges pending against these individuals. The trafficking charges range from selling Marijuana and Cocaine to selling prescription medications. As of this Media Release, approximately 20 have been arrested. They will be arraigned in the respective county courts where they allegedly sold the drugs.

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- A multi-agency 7 month drug investigation will be ending with the execution of multiple indictment warrants. The Kentucky State Police Post 5, Campbellsburg, along with KSP-CVE Officers, KSP DESI-WEST, KSP Special Operations, LaGrange Police Department, Oldham County Police Department, Oldham County Sheriff's Department and Oldham County Jail started serving the drug trafficking indictment warrants on alleged drug dealers in the Oldham County area this morning at 6:00 A.M. The roundup will continue until all have been arrested.
Processing will take place at the LaGrange Fire Station 3 located at 2800 East US 42, public affairs information will be available at that location.
