Post Five Announce the Promotion of Trooper Charles H. Kelton

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police at Post 5 in Campbellsburg in proud to announce the promotion of Trooper Charles H. Kelton to Sergeant. A native of Trimble County and resident of Bedford, Kentucky, Kelton is an 11-year veteran of the Kentucky State Police and will remain at the Campbellsburg Post as sergeant. Sergeant Kelton was promoted at a ceremony on Tuesday, September 2, 2009 at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort along with 30 other members of the Kentucky State Police.
