Arrest on Search Warrant

(Campbellsburg, Ky.) -- On Friday, July 31, 2009, Waylon Beers, age 32 from Warsaw, Kentucky was arrested after the Kentucky State Police conducted a search warrant related to an investigation beginning in early July. Mr. Beers was charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia 1st degree, one count of trafficking in a controlled substance cocaine 1st degree, and cultivation of marijuana over 5 plants.

The ongoing case being investigated by Detectives with the Kentucky State Police.
