Fatal Collision on I-65 in Warren County

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- Donald Larsen was traveling southbound on I-65 when the front left tire of the vehicle failed. Mr. Larsen lost control of the vehicle and struck the barrier wall. Mr. Larsen's vehicle came to a final rest facing southbound on the inside shoulder just north of the 28.4 mile marker. Donald Larsen was transported to the Bowling Green Medical Center for minor injuries, however due to complications from prior medical history Mr. Larsen was later pronounced dead by the Warren County Corner. Investigation is ongoing.
