Hart County Drug Arrest

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -- On Thursday, 08-06-09, Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel White made a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Richard Cox for driving reckless on U.S. 31-W in the limits of Bonnieville in Hart County. The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI and reckless driving. A search of the vehicle located meth and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Cox was charged with this as well as tampering with physical evidence and lodged in the Hart County Jail. The investigation is ongoing by Tpr. White, and he was assisted by Munfordville Police Officer Derek Murphy and Trooper Jeremy Smith.
