Drug Trafficking Arrest in Warren County

Date of News Release: 01/08/2009

(Bowling Green, KY) - TFC. Terry Alexander attempted to stop a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Kevin Lundy for a traffic offense on Upper Iron Bridge Road. Mr. Lundy refused to stop and continued driving at slow speeds for approximately one mile, where he then turned onto Iron Bridge Road. After turning, the vehicle slowed on a bridge above the Barren River and the passenger side door window was rolled down. Two small baggies were thrown out the window. One baggie went into the river and the other landed on the roadway. The vehicle then traveled approximately 200 yards before stopping. Both Mr. Lundy and Jeffrey N. Crouch, the passenger, were arrested without further incident. Both were lodged into the Warren County Jail.

A search of the bridge produced a small baggie containing three grams of Methamphetamine. $915.00 cash was recovered from Mr. Lundy and $86.00 cash was found on Mr. Crouch. The drugs and cash were entered into KSP Evidence.
