One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on KY 70

Date of News Release: 12/22/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. Alfredo Lazo was traveling Eastbound on KY 70 East. For reason yet to be determined, Mr. Lazo's vehicle ran off the right shoulder of the roadway and struck the end of a guard rail coming to final rest facing eastbound. Mr. Lazo was transported to Regional Medical Center by EMS for treatment.
