One Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision on KY 293

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Mr. Lestarzan Redd was traveling southbound on KY 293, approximately three miles north of Dalton, Kentucky. As Mr. Redd was entering a sharp curve, he lost control of his vehicle and exited the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Redd's vehicle then traveled down a steep earth embankment, causing his vehicle to overturn onto its top. The front of the vehicle and rear passenger side of the vehicle then struck a tree, causing major damage to the vehicle. The vehicle came to rest down an earth embankment off the right shoulder of the roadway facing south on its top. Mr. Redd was transported to Caldwell County Hospital by privately owned vehicle, for injuries sustained as a result of the collision.
