Manufacturing Meth Arrests in Hopkins County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On Sunday, November 22, 2009 at approximately 11:01 p.m., Trooper Carol Anderson arrived at a residence on Stanley Lane. Trooper Anderson was following up on an investigation pertaining to illegal, drug activity. Trooper Anderson was met at the door by the homeowners. Trooper Anderson obtained consent to search. Through further investigation, Trooper Anderson, along with Sergeant Michael Williams and Trooper Brandon McPherson, located suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the residence. The troopers also located components used to manufacture methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a wooded area behind the residence. Jonah M. Mills age 25 & Miranda R. Dukes age 18 of Madisonville, Ky were both charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st Offense (Fire Arm Enhanced), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, & Possession of Radio that Sends/Receives Police Messages. They were lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
