Felony Assault Arrest in Todd County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On Thursday, November 12, 2009 at approximately 9:47 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 2 received a call from Todd County ES that a victim had been attacked and injured by a Michael E. Rager. The victim was transported to Logan County Memorial Hospital for treatment. Trooper Jay Cottrell located Mr. Rager's vehicle at another residence. Mr. Rager was arrested and charged with the Assault 2nd Degree - Domestic Violence, DUI 4th or Greater Offense (Aggravated Circumstances) & Driving DUI Suspended License 2nd Offense (Aggravated Circumstances). He was lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
