Single DUI Vehicle Collision on the Western Kentucky Parkway

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- James Grieshaber, age 35 of Louisville, KY, was operating a 2005 Ford F-150 pickup truck eastbound on the Western Kentucky Parkway when it appears that he either passed out or fell asleep. The vehicle exited off the left shoulder of the roadway and struck a guardrail head-on. Mr. Grieshaber was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital where he was treated and released. He was charged with DUI 1st Offense and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center. Trooper Jerry Knight was the investigating/arresting officer. The Central City Police Department, Central City Fire Department & Muhlenberg County EMS assisted at the scene.
