One Injured in a Single DUI Collision on US 62

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- James Cobb of Graham was operating a 1992 Dodge Dakota pickup east bound on US 62. Mr. Cobb's vehicle crossed the center line of US 62 and exited the left shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Cobb's vehicle then struck a ditch and came to final rest after striking a tree. Mr. Cobb was taken to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital and treated for minor injuries. Mr. Cobb was released from the hospital and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center on the charge of DUI 1st. Mr. Cobb was also charged with Failure of Non-Owner To Maintain Required Ins/sec, 1st Offense.
