Injury Collision on River Haul Road in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Daniel G. Nolen was operating a 2007 Mack tractor-trailer southbound on River Haul Road. He was hauling coal. As he rounded a curve, the load shifted causing the tractor-trailer to overturn onto its right side. Mr. Nolen, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment.
