Todd County Drug Arrest

(Madisonville, Ky.) - On Monday, August 31, 2009, at approximately 3:49 p.m., officers from the KSP Marijuana Eradication Team located marijuana plants growing next to a residence on Turner Lane. The officers made contact with the occupant of the residence, Carla A. Steeval. After interviewing Ms. Steeval, she was arrested. Trooper Jermaine Savage charged Ms. Steeval with the offenses of Cultivating Marijuana Over 5 Plants, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Todd County Detention Center.
