Injury Collision on the Pennyrile Parkway

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On August 28th, Ms. Donna Irwin was northbound on the Pennyrile Parkway, in the left hand lane, when she swerved off the left shoulder of the roadway to avoid another vehicle that was attempting to change lanes. Ms. Irwin's vehicle overturned when she left the roadway, before coming to final rest. Ms. Irwin was transported to the Regional Medical Center for treatment.
