Injury Collision on KY 70 in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Natagan Knight was operating a 1996 Mazda westbound on KY 70 when she swerved to avoid a deer. Her vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway. In an effort to regain control, she over corrected. The vehicle crossed both lanes of travel and exited the roadway. It struck an earth embankment and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side. Ms. Knight was transported by ambulance to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment. She was wearing a seat belt.
