Fleeing and Evading Police 1st Motor Vehicle Arrest

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- While on patrol Trooper Ray observed Stephen D. Foster operating a 1997 Chevy Blazer in a reckless manor on Clark Street in South Carrollton. Trooper Ray attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Foster who failed to comply and attempted to flee. After a short pursuit Foster drove into a field and attempted to flee on foot. He was quickly apprehended and arrested the following charges:

1. DUI 3rd Offense Aggravated
2. Operating on a DUI Suspended Drivers License
3. Open Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle
4. Possession of Marijuana
5. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
6. No Seatbelt
7. Reckless Driving
8. Failure to Produce Insurance Card
9. Fleeing and Evading Police 1st Motor Vehicle

Mr. Foster was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
