Failure To Comply With Sex Offender Registry Arrest in Hopkins County

(Madisonville, KY) -- On April 02, 2009 KSP was notified by authorities in Arizona that Mr. Raymond E. Johnson had moved to Kentucky and was required to register as a sex offender. Mr. Johnson failed to report and register when he moved to Kentucky. Mr. Johnson was located at his address in Madisonville, was arrested, and transported to the Hopkins County Jail. Mr. Johnson was charged with Fail To Comply With Sex Offender Registry.
