Non Injury Collision on US 641 in Caldwell County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- Wendell J. Bean Sr. was operating a 2006 International, box-type tractor-trailer southbound on US 641 when his right, front tire dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway in a sharp curve. Mr. Bean lost control of the vehicle. It exited off the right shoulder of the roadway and overturned onto its passenger side. No injuries were reported. Mr. Bean was wearing a seat belt. The roadway was closed for approximately 4 hours while the vehicle was removed. Mr. Bean was hauling soft drinks.
