Drug Arrest in Todd County

(Madisonville, Ky.) -- On Wednesday, April 29, 2009, Trooper Ayers conducted a traffic stop on Mr. Kevin P. Grace's vehicle for a traffic violation. Trooper Ayers conducted a search of the vehicle and located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Grace was arrested without incident. He was charged with Failure To or Improper Signal, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense(Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense and lodged in the Todd County Jail.
