Single Vehicle Injury Collision on Highland Lick Road

Date of News Release: 03/28/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Mrs. Natalie Spradlin was eastbound on Highland Lick Road when she lost control of her vehicle and exited the roadway off the left shoulder. Mrs. Spradlin struck a ditch and fence before entering a pasture where she came to final rest. Mrs. Spradlin was transported to a medical facility by personal vehicle.
