Injury Collision on US 41A in Hopkins County

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Mr. Demone L. Johnson was stopped on KY 502 at the Intersection of US 41A. Mrs. Stacy Woolfolk was traveling eastbound on US 41A. Mr. Johnson pulled out and struck of Mrs. Woolfolk's vehicle in the passenger side, causing her to strike a utility pole with the front of her vehicle. Mrs. Woolfolk was transported from the scene to Regional Medical Center by Med Center Ambulance for treatment.
