Felony Drug Arrest in Muhlenberg County

(Madisonville, Ky.) - While patrolling in the Drakesboro community, Trooper Lloyd Ray conducted a traffic stop on a 1993 Ford Ranger operated by Ray Turner. Mr. Turner was placed under arrest by Trooper Ray. During a search incident to arrest, Trooper Ray located several baggies of suspected methamphetamine inside the vehicle. Mr. Turner was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense-Meth, Failure to Use Turn Signal, Obstructed Windshield, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage in Motor Vehicle, License to Be In Possession, & Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Mr. Turner was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
