Three Arrested in Todd County

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Kayce Powell was operating a 1997 Pontiac Grand AM. Erika Murphy was operating 1997 Chrysler Sebring. Both parties were trying to force one another off the roadway. When both vehicles stopped Cayce Powell and Erika Murphy became involved in a verbal argument. During the argument Amber Threlkel damaged the window on Erika Murphy's vehicle with a baseball bat. K.S.P. arrived on the scene and all parties involved were taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Todd County Jail.

Kayce Powell age 20 of Elkton, KY was charged with License to be in possession, failure to notify D.O.T. of address change, reckless driving, wanton endangerment 1st degree and criminal mischief 2nd degree and was lodged into the Todd County Detention Center.

Amber Threlkel age 20 of Elkton, KY was charged with Wanton endangerment 1st degree and criminal mischief 2nd degree and was lodged into the Todd County Detention Center.

Erika Murphy age 26 of Trenton, KY was charged with Wanton endangerment 1st degree, reckless driving and failure to produce proof of insurance and was lodged into the Todd County Detention Center.
