Manslaughter Arrest in Caldwell County

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Detective Morck, along with the Caldwell County Cabinet for Health and Family Services, have been working together on a neglect case. The investigation revealed that the victim, Imogene Etzel, had died as a result of neglect.

As a result of the investigation, the Caldwell County Grand Jury, returned indictment warrants for April Ford and Roy Ford for Manslaughter 2nd Degree.

Roy Ford was arrested on March 6, 2009 at his residence on South Hill Road and April Ford was arrested on March 7, 2009 at the Caldwell County Detention Center.

Both subjects were lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Center and charged with Manslaughter 2nd Degree. The case is still under investigation.
