Felony Rape Arrest in Caldwell County

Date of News Release: 03/07/2009

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Detective Morck served indictment warrants on Mr. Jessie Sherrill on March 6, 2009. The warrants stemmed from an investigation that started in May of 2008. Mr. Sherrill was arrested in Hopkinsville, KY and charged with Rape 1st Degree - 2 Counts and lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.

This case is still under investigation.
