Injury Collision on the Western Kentucky Parkway in Caldwell County

(Madisonville, Ky.) - Kimberly Toney was operating her 2000 Chevrolet Van westbound on the Western Kentucky Parkway near the 12 mile marker. Ms. Toney lost control of her vehicle due to the icy roadway surface and struck a guardrail. Her vehicle continued westbound crossing both oncoming lanes of travel and striking the eastbound guardrail face. Ms. Toney and her passenger, Mr. Richard Meyer were transported to the Caldwell County Hospital for injuries they sustained in the collision. The accident was investigated by Trooper Derek Smith.
