Injury Collision on the Western Kentucky Parkway

Date of News Release: 02/14/2009

(Madisonville, KY) - Tineleah Looney was traveling west on the Western Kentucky Parkway when she observed a deer in the roadway. Miss. Looney pulled her vehicle to the left entering the median then over corrected back to the right, crossing both lanes of travel and striking a ditch. The vehicle overturned an undetermined amount of times and came to final rest on its top. All parties were transported the Muhlenberg County Hospital for treatment of injuries Johnson, Cedric D. Clarksville, Tn. 23yrs old, No Seat belt, Price, Martez A. Hopkinsville, Ky. 23 yrs old, Seat belt, Looney, Takyri R. Clarksville, Tn. 3 yrs old, Child Restraint & Looney, Tahkyia J. Clarksville, Tn. 8 month old, Child Restraint). Trooper Ray was assisted at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Sheriffs Office, Graham Fire Department, and the Muhlenberg County Ambulance Service.
