Todd County Drug Arrest

Date of News Release: 02/14/2009

(Madisonville, KY) - Kentucky State Police, along with the Todd County Child and Human Resources Service, were conducting an investigation at the home of Tasha Mann. While at the residence, Troopers located methamphetamine, marijuana, numerous prescription drugs and several items of drug paraphernalia. There were three small children inside the residence that were relocated to other family members after the five adults, inside the residence, were arrested.

The five adults were identified as:

  1. Tasha Mann age 29 of Elkton, KY and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified), Prescription of Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense.
  2. Shannon Brown age 37 of Elkton, KY and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified), Prescription Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense.
  3. Linda Naylor age 57 of Owensboro, KY and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense.
  4. David Bryant age 41 of Sharon Grove, KY and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense.
  5. David Wilson age 52 of Owensboro, KY and was charged Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd or Greater Offense.

All were lodged into the Todd County Jail
