Todd County Drug Arrest

(Madisonville, KY) - Elisha Bush had fled the area of a domestic violence complaint. She later returned seeking a ride home. Mrs. Bush was transported to Elkton to speak with Trooper Ayres in reference to this complaint. While conducting his investigation, drug paraphernalia was located in her possession. Further investigation resulted in locating suspected drugs in her possession. During the investigation, Mrs. Bush provided Trooper Ayres with a false name and social security number. Mrs. Bush was charged with 1) Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, 2) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense, 3) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense, 4) Giving Officer False Name or Address & 5) Execution of Warrant for other Agency. She was lodged in the Todd County Jail. After discovering her true identity, an arrest warrant from Christian County was located and served on Mrs. Bush.
