Fleeing and Evading 1st Degree

(Madisonville, KY) - Trooper Manzanares attempted to make a traffic stop on Mr. Darryl Dixon. After activating Emergency Equipment, Mr. Dixon failed to stop. Trooper Manzanares followed Mr. Dixon on KY107 to Jones Road. Mr. Dixon then fled on foot and was apprehended without incident. Mr. Dixon was charged with Fleeing and Evading Police in a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, Fleeing and Evading Police on Foot 2nd Degree, Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry 2nd Offense, License to be in Possession, Parole Violation & Failure to Notify Department of Transportation of Address Change. He was lodged in the Christian County Detention Center.
