Drug Arrest in Todd County

(Madisonville, KY) - Mr. Ray A. Osborne was operating a 1985 Oldsmobile on US 68 when he was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop, Trooper Ayres determined that Mr. Osborne was under the influence of intoxicants and placed him under arrest. Trooper Ayres also discovered that Mr. Osborne was in possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia and a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Mr. Osborne was arrested on the charges of Speeding, DUI 2nd Offense, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Concealed Deadly Weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Osborne was lodged into the Todd County Jail.
