Four Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision at the intersection of Ky 139

(Mayfield, Ky.) -- Mrs. Catherine Tyler was eastbound on KY 276 and failed to stop at the intersection of KY 139. Mrs. Tyler's vehicle crossed both lanes of KY 139 and went down the embankment and overturned. All occupants (Catherine Tyler, Steven Tyler, Debbie Knight & Britney Tyler) of the vehicle were transported to Trigg County Hospital. Trooper Wright was assisted at the scene by other KSP personnel, Trigg County EMS, Trigg County Sheriff's Department, Trigg County Rescue, and Trigg Lyon Fire Department.
