DUI Collision in Trigg County

(Cadiz, Ky.) -- A Cadiz man remains in the hospital after a single vehicle collision in Trigg County this afternoon. At approximately 3:00 PM, Randy Wallace, 58, was operating his 2006 Chrysler 300 on Old US Highway 68 near Cadiz. Wallace was unable to maintain control of his vehicle while exiting a curve and left the right side of the roadway. Wallace struck a piece debris off of the roadway causing moderate damage to his vehicle. Wallace sustained injury in the collision and was transported to the Trigg County E.R. Wallace was cited into court for DUI 1st. State Police was assisted at the scene by the Cadiz Police Department, Trigg County Sheriff's Office, and the Trigg County Rescue Squad. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Billy Over with the Kentucky State Police.
