Update to the KSP Investigates Threats at Livingston County High School

(Smithland, Ky.) -- Following a thorough investigation by Trooper Trey Green, of Kentucky State Police Post 1, into this incident, on October 26, 2009, Trooper Green charged a 17 year old student with Terroristic Threatening Second Degree. The juvenile was cited into court and released into the custody of her parents.

(Smithland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police responded to the Livingston County High School today (10/22/09) in reference to a message located on a bathroom stall in the girl's restroom. Trooper Trey Green responded to the scene and located a graffiti message that could be considered threatening. The Livingston County High School was on lockdown for approximately two hours during the investigation. Trooper Green was assisted at the scene by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office.
