Injury Collision on US Hwy 45

(Mayfield, Ky.) -- Mr. Elgie Flowers was traveling north on US Hwy 45. Mr. Ronnie McIntosh was traveling east on KY 408 and was crossing the US Hwy 45 intersection. Mr. McIntosh did not see Mr. Flowers approaching and crossed into his path. Mr. Flowers attempted to stop but was unable to avoid the collision. Both occupants (Ronnie McIntosh & Sarah Britt) of Mr. McIntosh's vehicle were transported by Mayfield-Graves County EMS to Western Baptist Hospital for multiple injuries. Mr. Flowers was not injured in the collision. Trooper Nall was assisted at the scene by Mayfield Police Department, West Viola Fire Department and Mayfield-Graves County EMS. The investigation continues by Trooper Nall.
