Graves County Arrest

(Mayfield, Ky.) -- A local Mayfield resident was arrested after a tip lead State Police to his home. Kentucky State Police Trooper Trevor Pervine, received information that David E Hummel, 56-years-old, of Mayfield, had in his possession matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. After an investigation was conducted by Trooper Pervine, Hummel was arrested and charged with one count of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor and five counts of Use of a Minor Under the Age of Sixteen in a Sexual Performance. Further charges may be pending. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Trevor Pervine.
