Arson Arrest of Three Cadiz Residents

(Cadiz, Ky.) - On June 1, 2009 Kentucky State Police charged three Cadiz residents in connection to arson at 767 Cerulean Road that occurred May 6, 2007. The Trigg County Grand jury handed down True Bill's of Indictments on 43-year-old Wanda Sue Rogers, 24-year-old Bridge Skinner, and 45-year-old Eric Feltner. Rogers and Skinner were subsequently charged with Complicity to Arson 2nd, Complicity to Fraudulent Insurance Acts over $300, Complicity to Burning Personal Property to Defraud Insurer and Complicity to Tampering with Physical Evidence. Mr. Feltner was charged with arson 2nd , Complicity to Fraudulent Insurance Acts Over $300, Complicity to Burning Personal Property to Defraud Insurer, Wanton Endangerment 1st, and Complicity to Tampering with Physical Evidence. Rogers, Skinner and Feltner were lodged in the Christian County Jail. The investigation is continuing with Kentucky State Police Arson Investigator Detective Frank Gresham.
