Arrest in Kirksey, Ky

(Kirksey, Ky) - Kentucky State Police received a call of a possible domestic at 4267 Kirksey Highway. Upon arrival, Joseph Rucker was located inside the residence in possession of a concealed weapon. Upon further investigation, Mr. Rucker was placed under arrest and transported to the Calloway County Jail. Mr. Rucker was lodged on charges of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Assault 4th Degree (2 Counts) and Carrying A Concealed Deadly Weapon. The investigation is continuing by Sergeant Ryan Dawson, who was assisted on scene by Trooper Trey Green and the Calloway County Sheriffs Department.
