Post 1 Units To Work Inauguration

(Hickory, KY) - Two Troopers will be representing the Kentucky State Police, Post One, at the 56th Presidential Inauguration detail in Washington, D.C. from Sunday, January 18 to Wednesday, January 21, 2009. They will be part of a detail that is to provide assistance to the Metropolitan Police Department. Trooper Daniel Jones and Trooper Thomas Clifton were selected to attend next week's events. Trooper Jones and Trooper Clifton joined the Kentucky State Police in 2005.
