Murder Investigation Arrest

(Mayfield, Ky) - As a result of an on going investigation, The Kentucky State Police has arrested two individuals in connection to the murder of Jerry Eldridge and the shootings of Eddie Eldridge and Melissa Price. The murder and shootings occurred on October 21, 2008 on Elm Grove Road in Calloway County. Ms. Jacqueline R Phillips was arrested and charged with Facilitation to Commit Murder and 2 counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence. Mr. Brock Ramey was arrested and charged with Murder, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Burglary 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Assault 1st, and 2 counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence. Both subjects were lodged in the Calloway County Jail. The Kentucky State Police was assisted by the Calloway County Sheriff's Department, Murray Police Department, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, and the Calloway County Fire and Rescue Squad. The investigation is continuing by Detective Barry Rice of the Kentucky State Police.
