Felony Drug Arrest in Henderson, Ky

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson conducted a buy bust operation in Henderson County resulting in the seizure of a large quantity of morphine tablets and a handgun. William Paul Worthington, Jr. and Teresa J. Brown of Evansville were taken into custody and charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree- (Firearm Enhanced) and Possession Drug Paraphernalia 1st Degree-(Firearm Enhanced). Mr. Worthington was also charged with Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Both subjects were lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center. Kentucky State Police was assisted by Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigations and the Henderson Police Department.
