Injury Collision on KY 54 in Daviess County

(Henderson, Ky.) -- Mark Christie Jr. was operating a 1979 Green Ford Pickup eastbound on KY 54. David Sublett was operating a 1989 brown Chevrolet S10 Pickup westbound on KY 54. Mr. Christie made a left hand turn into Vessells Mini-Mart directly in Mr. Sublett's path of travel. Mr. Sublett's vehicle struck Christies vehicle causing severe damage to both vehicles. All occupants were transported to Owensboro Hospital by Yellow Ambulance for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. Mr. Sublett was admitted for serious injury to his leg.
