Burglary Investigation and Arrest

(Henderson, Ky.) -- On Wednesday July 8, 2009 Mike Roe reported a burglary at 190 Turkey Run Lane Centertown. The residence owned by Mr. Roe was currently vacant. The Trooper investigating the case located a utility crew working near the location of the burglary. The investigation revealed one individual from the utility crew committed the burglary acting solely on his own. James D. Waltrip age 41 of Calhoun, Ky. confessed to the crime and lead the Trooper to the stolen property which was recovered and returned to the owner. Mr. Waltrip was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd. Mr. Waltrip was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
